Do we get a prize when it reaches 10,000?

Who was the 10,000th?

Hey no fair! I wanted something bronzed too. Now I'll just have to hold out for something gilded. Well anyways, congrats and all.
Your blog is good in the following ways -
1.) You consistently provide info on topics not covered in other blogs. And you don't seem to be an echo-chamber Ho. Thank God
2.) On occasion you have gotten a little too "Democrat-y" for my tastes but generally not, and you don't get that smug thing going. Thank God, part 2.
3.) As much as I like to ramble on 4-evaaar your short-and-sweet style is quite nice. Leaves more space for me. Mwahahahaha.
4.)And also - ewe sound kinda smart (prob'ly not as smart as me but yanno....) So that's rilly kewl too.

Thanks for the kind remarks. And Betsey - - I'll check on 10,000.

Betsey - - it looks like the 10,000th was a response from to an anonymous complaint on another posting that the font was too big. Trivia? Nah - - minutiae!

Is that better?

Bummer on the 10,0000th comment being so inconsequential. . . . FONT SIZE??? C'mon. But all the other 9999 comments were scintillating, witty, well-written and focused on the topic! Weren't they?

THANK YOU, James, for giving us the Political Environment: to read, ruminate upon and comment on.
