About the WI PSC's latest transmission line OK, 1 thought

If I were editing this 18-paragraph story - -
Regulators approve Cardinal-Hickory Creek power line
- -  I'd have moved this graf from 18th to graf two, or at the latest, graf 3:
According to PSC records dating back to the 1970s, the Commission has never rejected a utility application to build a transmission line

Yes, James Rowen, "According to PSC records dating back to the 1970s, the Commission has never rejected a utility application to build a transmission line" should have been earlier in the story. And reporter should have added that the utility companies through ATC are guaranteed a 10% profit on expenditures for building new transmission lines, even if unneeded and old school. While we consumers will get to pay for that extra profit through our monthly bills. No wonder the utility companies are happy with this vote. I don't suppose they would really like for us customers to have that same amount to come from our monthly payments as direct reimbursements to increase solar, wind and geo-thermal on our homes ... which would further reduce the demand for electricity in the area... oh and further reduce our contributions to climate chaos.
