Good to see US EPA promoting rivers' headwater protections

The US EPA likes what it sees in Milwaukee's attention to rivers headwaters, so I can't imagine it will allow GTac to excavate, fill and otherwise defile the headwaters of the Bad River in NW Wisconsin for an open-pit iron mine, eh?
