Major League Baseball, WI Supreme Court Are Persnickety Twins

They stamped their feet and killed the messengers by firing key, autonomous officials.

Major League Baseball got rid of its long-time independent arbitrator.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court, with its conservative majority, got rid of its long-time disciplinary committee chairman.

School boards will have the same power in that they will be able to pick their own "independent" arbitrator. The teachers will have no input in choosing that arbitrator.
