Darling Learns She Has A Republican/Fake Democrat Opponent [sic]

So WISN Channel 12 tells us - - after talking to the recalled River Hills incumbent Republican State Senator, whose party has a policy of running fake Democrats as a strategy in all these recalls.

"Darling said in a statement she was informed of the possibility..."

What hypocrisy: it's an acknowledged GOP plan sanctioned by Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald to buy his six recalled members' time to raise money, campaign, and maybe pass some more one-sided bills, like a favorable redistricting plan, or more handout legislation to special interests.

I suppose recalled State Sen. Rob Cowles, (R-Green Bay), was surprised to find a supporter and former GOP legislator running against him as a "Democrat," too.

And along with hypocrisy, what motivation to turn the recall into a Darling defeat and a victory the real Democratic challenger, State Rep. Sandy Pasch.
