Feds Allege Housing Discrimination In New Berlin

The City ran away from its obligation to facilitate housing that workers and the disabled could afford, so here comes the federal legal action.

As predicted here almost a year ago.

New Berlin was getting free legal advice to the contrary, and should have accepted it.

The comments in the complaint and in the MJS comments are indistinguishable those made 45 years ago, when MLK fought for housing rights in Chicago.

But conservatives assure me racism is no more.

Well if conservatives are assuring you, why are you still complaining after 45 years?

If anyone ever put a sign on my lawn saying n* lover, I'd blank out the slur (After calling the cops, of course) and make it say "People-of-all-physical-characteristics lover." I'd proudly let that sit in my lawn.

Good call, my man. It's all over the morning news today.

When the government provides extra subsidized law enforcement to go with the government subsidized housing, then New Berlin should consider the proposal.
