Scott Walker OK With Lake Michigan Coal Ash Dumping

The operators of the S.S. Badger - - the last Great Lakes coal-fired ship - - have continued to dump tons of coal ash overboard into Lake Michigan every day of the sailing season.

And they have delayed either installing a new fuel source or disposing of the ash on land - - but now they have a new ally in their efforts to avoid a long-standing deadline to clean up their act by the end of the year:
