Would say G.W. Bush looks no where near as rough as William Jefferson Clinton does these days.
To Anonymous: Bill Clinton actually looks great, having lost weight through a vegan diet.

Rowen looking through your rose colored glasses I imagine you think Bill Clinton looks great, he looks rough and aged to me.
Try this once, look at comparatively unflattering pictures of Clinton and compare them to the pictures of Bush you linked.
Who do think looks rougher?
And keep in mind that Clinton is actually younger then Bush.
