Appleton Newspaper Calls Out DNR On Waste Spreading
The paper wants the agency to order the company that spread improper levels of human waste near Jefferson Count residential wells to pay for contamination testing.
Raise your hands if you think that's going to happen, since the company already got off with a slap on the wrist?
Seeing none, the motion is tabled.

It's kind of cute that the newspaper thinks it can shame the Walker administration into doing the right thing. Have they not heard of pay to play?
