Walker's 'Artistic' Pettiness Is Milwaukee's Gain

The painting of a diverse group of Milwaukee children in an urban neighborhood that Scott Walker yanked from the Governor's mansion upon his arrival there has been loaned for display at the Milwaukee Public Library.

Walker substituted instead a Civil War-era painting of an eagle.

Apparently, Walker is a Civil War devotee. Only question is: of which side, as Walker, having erased workers' rights to bargain collectively and installed restrictions on voting and registering to vote which fall most heavily on minority citizens.

He is hardly a democrat, and more and more looks like a states' righter in the Rick Perry/Tea Party mode.
