I voted, went back to the poll and immediately voted again. I was able to vote twice (the total in the catagory changed by 1). I probably could have sat here and tried to see how many times I could vote. Although I am a Wisconsin citizen, I am in Florida right now. I suppose anyone anywhere could vote. Doesn't matter how I voted, this type of poll has absolutely no validity.
I'm a web developer and forget the site I saw this poll on originally, but it looked like a mailing list rooting for Walker. The link to the poll added some funky stuff in the URL including a bit that read "&submit=submit", which usually means a form was submitted. I never got to vote on that poll, just see the results. That typically occurs after the voting has taken place. It seems like the numbers may have been skewed by some "hot links" setup to vote in Walkers favor.

What water, wetland protection is all about
"A little fill here and there may seem to be nothing to become excited about. But one fill, though comparatively inconsequential, may lead to another, and another, and before long a great body may be eaten away until it may no longer exist. Our navigable waters are a precious natural heritage, once gone, they disappear forever," wrote the Wisconsin Supreme Court in its 1960 opinion resolving Hixon v. PSC and buttressing The Public Trust Doctrine, Article IX of the Wisconsin State Constitution.

The poll shows 100,000+ votes already and a clear Walker slant. Obviously some people are spending too much time voting too many times.
They can't be voting too many times, because there is no such thing as voter fraud.
