Paul Ryan's Reckless Budget Plan Out-Crazied By Tim Pawlenty's

They said it couldn't be done - - and they were wrong: there is a worse budget plan out there on the Republican campaign trail than the Paul Ryan budget, and this even wackier free-the-rich proposal, says the Washington Post's Ruth Marcus, belongs to the desperate-for-attention Tim Pawlenty.

Marcus correctly worries that Pawlenty's purely-political word salad will provoke others, like Mitt Romney, to keep pace by proposing even more extreme measures.

She's probably right.
