Right's WI Supreme Court pick has no opinion on civil rights rulings
And why would he?, as what the right expects from its State Supreme Court candidates isn't a big picture view, let alone a big conscience.
It's the furtherance of corporate power at the Court, including writing its business-friendly conflict-of-interest code and aligning with right-wing legislators intent on marginalizing or dismissing the longest-serving-duly-elected-but-liberal Chief Justice.
Respect for '60's civil rights rulings guided by equal protection and due process?
Pass the Tea, please.
