The Journal Sentinel correctly and strongly criticizes the performance of the troubled Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) - -

Earlier, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development found WEDC had spent nearly $10 million in federal funds without legal authority. Top WEDC officials knew about the concerns but didn't tell the agency's board.

Scott Walker.
