Lake Michigan Ferry Won't Get Earmark Extending Coal-Ash Dumping

An effort by the owners of the SS Badger to get five more years to change fuel sources and/or cease its routine, by-the-multiple ton coal-ash dumping into Lake Michigan failed in the Congress Wednesday.
