Position cuts (including vacancies), found in the Budget document's small print, appendix 5: (Read - - Madison wipe-out):
The leaders in shared (sic) sacrifice: UW- System, 17,420, UW-Madison, 2,609, Corrections, 332, Workforce Development, 267, DNR, 67.
Total: 21325.

Hmm. That'll go over like a led zeppelin.
Where can I find the full budget document? I can find a PDF file that ends with page 77, even though its own table of contents lists pages, includung appendices, on pages numbered 80 and up. I can't find any other file that contains the rest.
