Journal Sentinel Editorial Breaks Through Walker's Dishonest Spin

This line in today's Milwaukee Journal Sentinel editorial on union-busting measures put forward by Scott Walker that both houses of the State Legislature have now approved, and which, barring successful challenges, Walker will soon sign into law:

"Walker never campaigned on disenfranchising public-employee unions. If he had, he would not have been elected."

Ugh. They could have at least acknowledged their own role in this fiasco. Walker's pre-election "toughness" didn't suddenly become stubbornness; the board merely pulled their head out of their collective butt.

I can't help thinking of the idiotic liberal hawks who endorsed Iraq and then had the gall to hold out their unapologetic about-face as a sign of "centrist" broad-mindedness.

The MJS should apologize for their endorsement. Those sluts at TMJ created Scott Walker and his ass-face.

As we learned in Milwaukee County, Scott Walker doesn't believe in governing. He is all about media manipulation and message framing. Shame on the Journal Sentinel!
