Isn't the chief appointed by the PFC? How is Morales "the Mayor's" chief? Morales works for the people of MKE who he isn't serving well right now. That is why he is up for review. It has nothing to do with Barrett supporting or not supporting him. Classic Walker lying to divide and conquer.
