Another air pollution alert for several WI lakeshore counties

You can add current unhealthy levels of smog right now to the presence of COVID-!9 particles as a worry for people in so-called "sensitive groups" - including the elderly and those with asthma, lung and heart disease - in Wisconsin's lakeshore counties.

I'm sure this alert will be extended, perhaps broadened geographically, given the forecast for greater heat and humidity, and I want to again remind people living in these counties that air quality standards were loosened in the area by Trump's EPA

Smoke stacks from a factory.

to give Foxconn and other industries a break on their pollution mitigation expenditures and performance.
