After reading the article it is clear that Fitzy won't work with Maggie Gau and that they are going to split the budget..because what he says and what he does are not usually the same.
Yep, they'll try to throw all of the burdens onto Wisconsinites, while FIBs and other tourists don't have to pay another dime for the roads they rely on. Pathetic.
