The Bill Barr defense fails Robin Vos
A federal court tells Vos to check his pretentiousness at the door:
You will remember that the gerrymandering plan was already ruled unconstitutional, and that Republicans drew it up in secret. At taxpayer expense.
Now the case is back in court, and Vos is going to have answer questions about all that under oath.
