Groundhog Day in FitzWalkerStan, a province in TrumpLand

So I got up today, saw the shadow of authoritarianism, privatization and environmental destruction across the land, noticed also that it's this blog's 11th anniversary and committed to it for another year.

Glad you’ll stay with it. I’m too demoralized or infuriated to post comments usually, but rely on your excellent reporting. Thank you.

I discovered your blog shortly after Scooter attacked teachers in Wisconsin. You give out a lot of reliable information on the corruption in Wisconsin.

Unfortunately the Democratic Party refuses to get their act together. How else can anyone explain Trump winning the presidency?? How else can you explain the most corrupt governor in the history of Wisconsin, still having a 43 percent approval rating? The Dems need reliable information and better candidates. Barca voting for Foxconn, what a joke. Hillary with a zero percent likability rating or Bernie Sanders who is an Independent??????? Not calling out state media when they allow politicians to tell outright lies??? Think about this, Trump constantly lies yet people love his "fake news" comments. The fact is our state media will seldom question Walker's lies. Dems, take off the kids gloves unless you like getting beat up.

If the GOP has control of this state for one more election cycle, we are screwed. The Dems had better use this year to deliver some knock-out blows. How did they ever allow a stupid person with no morals, no character, and no charisma like Walker to win the Governor's race? I know a lot of Republicans that will vote against Walker but the opposing party has to get the best possible candidate. Think about this, he is now running with a Demcratic platform out of fear of losing.

Thanks for all your posts and for bringing a little bit of balance to media. I miss the Fairness Doctrine and hope to see it reinstated before I die.

I too read all your posts but can't always bring myself to comment.
Congratulations!
