Already beaten-down and still-presidential wannabee Marco Rubio says he will vote to confirm Exxon/Mobil CEO Rex Tillerson as US Secretary of State.

Anybody who thought Marco Rubio would do otherwise and take on Trump and Republican donors was hoping beyond hope.
