More Suspect Health Care Data From The Walker Administration
Given the game-playing that has already been exposed, I believe nothing from the Walker administration when it comes to "good news" about health care spending, enrollment and revenue 'projections.'

If not: what were the motivations behind Walker and Smith for using inaccurate numbers initially?
