Climate Change Legislation Gets GOP Nudge In the Senate

US Sen. Lindsay Graham, (R-SC), says he can support climate change legislation in the Senate.

A bill has already passed the House, so it could be that legislation can be approved, reconciled and signed this year.

That would be a plus for the environment, the national grassroots organizing underway in favor of the bill, and also for President Barack Obama, as he had made it a top domestic priority.

James - why do you say this would be a plus for the environment?

I thought this was a climate change bill after all and while the two are somewhat related, are not the same thing.
