AG Schimel & I finished out the day with Waukesha Co Sheriff Severson as I signed more laws to protect children.

Did they not want the embarrassment of doing this immediately before Earth Day? Is one party holding out for a higher payout to play along? Do they want to issue approval when there will be less media scrutiny?
