One photo speaks volumes about Walker, Waukesha, diversity
AG Schimel & I finished out the day with Waukesha Co Sheriff Severson as I signed more laws to protect children.
A forum, news site and archive begun in February, 2007 about politics and the environment in Wisconsin. And elsewhere.

The one law that is needed to protect children is one that protects them from Walker and the right wing republican legislators and their crazy attacks on poor families.
Speaking of Walkersha, looks like they ARE GOING TO GET that Lake Michigan Water. Representatives from eight U.S. states and two Canadian provinces gathered in Chicago punted today, making no decision. They put it off for another month -- not a good sign.

Did they not want the embarrassment of doing this immediately before Earth Day? Is one party holding out for a higher payout to play along? Do they want to issue approval when there will be less media scrutiny?
If the group was going to deny, there was no reason to punt -- looks like political pressure and payoffs will prevail...
Walker signing bills "to protect children" while at the same time is allowing their abused and neglect at Lincoln Hills!
