Maybe The Legislature Picked The Wrong Time To Mess With Milwaukee Transit Funding
Now that spending imbalances favoring highway expansion to the exclusion of transit riders is getting the attention of a federal judge - - is this the right time for the legislature and Walker to sink the federally-funded streetcar line?
Just a layman asking the question.

They shoot first and then aim. From a judges viewpoint - this example could be used I guess as the states continued discrimination against the City of Milwaukee.
