Midwest Environmental Advocates Kicks Off New Blog

Glad to see that the state's premier public interest law firm, Midwest Environmental Advocates, has established a blog and used its initial posting to explain why it's a bad idea for the DNR to propose ending some big project environmental reviews.

We need more, not less analysis of the impact of high-capacity wells, large dairies and various pollution-control, waste and waste water  projects in this state, and more Internet distribution of data and other information about these and other environmental issues by expert advocates like MEA.

Here is the MEA posting.

Get into the discussion there, bookmark the site, use it as a guide for your organization's Internet presence and send it to friends and policy-makers (and thanks to MEA for passing along on its site a link I'd put up on the DNR subject.
