Still to be determined: if hunters can sacrifice their dogs, off-leash, in pursuit of the predatory, wild pack animals.

What is it with these people and wolves?
Great news! They should also be issuing more permits since the indians aren't using theirs. The first season was a great success and the next one should be better.
