Dust Off Those Al Franken Recount Manuals

The Supreme Court race will take weeks, probably months to sort out. 1.5 million votes is a lot to recount, and contest.

And there's no way Prosser and Gableman can participate when it gets to the Supreme Court.

Prosser's term runs until the summer, but if this drags on for a longer time, the Court could become a six-person operation.
