Washingon Post Ties Walker's DC Stumble To PolitiFact Scalding
Nicely done report by The Plum Line on Scott Walker's rough treatment by US House Democrats who made him admit he hadn't campaign explicitly on breaking public employee unions and ending their collective bargaining rights/
I offer a bit more context.
And I can't post often enough a line from a March 9th Milwaukee Journal Sentinel editorial, because it pins Walker on the issue, and because it came from a paper that had endorsed Walker in the 2010 gubernatorial election:
"Walker never campaigned on disenfranchising public-employee unions. If he had, he would not have been elected."

If only the JS had had the guts to add: "and we wouldn't have endorsed him, either."
