The Bob Dylan Story
Are you more surprised that the story was that two young police officers didn't recognize Bob Dylan who was out for a walk, or that the story says Dylan is 68?
Or are these two matters related?
I'll defer to Xoff for an explanation, since like Dylan, he's also from Hibbing, but younger.

Why would two 20 year old's know or even care who Dylan is?
Obviously he is an icon to many, personally never care much for him.
To be honest what surprises me is that he is still alive.
Interesting to note that Dylan knows how to react when interacting with the Police.
No shouts of "Do you know who I am?"
Unlike the esteemed Professor Gates, who needs to watch Chris Rock's "How not to get beat by the police" video.
