Republicans Find First Fake Wisconsin Candidate - - A Former GOP Official

I think we have identified the tipping point in the recall elections. And it, he, has a face.

Via the La Crosse Tribune, the Journal Sentinel reports the willfully fake Democratic candidate in the Republican State Sen. Dan Kapanke recall election is:

James Smith [,] a former member of the executive committee of the La Crosse County GOP, according to the paper.
Congratulations, Republicans: Scott Walker started it and Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald's craven, power-mad Nixonian scheming will do them in.

Mess with the election process in a democracy, lose everything - - deservedly.

The Republicans finally stoop to the level of tactics the Dems have been using for decades, and of course the Dems throw temper tantrums and squeal like pigs.

It is truly a beautiful thing.

A blanket statement without attribution: that's not an argument.

That said, a Democrat has done this once in this state. Once. But, said candidate and his party did not tell everyone "Hey, we're gonna screw with your primaries!"

It is illegal in Wisconsin to do this under Wis. Stat. 12.05. If this guy runs, he better be prepared for the criminal prosecution that he'll get.

Check out the static meter being used on wisdems.org to support the recall of Walker:

Static Meter

IMHO, should be a growing meter. It seems demoralizing as a static image.
