Republicans Demand Supreme Court Act By Tomorrow On Walker Union-Busting Bill

Forget all that messy separation of powers business.

Or law and order.

The Assembly Fitzgerald has made his demand.

So the Gableman/Prosser/Roggensack axis has its work cut out, because in Fitzwalkerstan, what the Fitzs want, the Fitzs get.

Maybe Dad at the State Patrol can be called to deliver the word, as the other legislative Fitzgerald has done?

This would be the same separation of powers that you praised for blocking a law not on constitutional grounds but on prcedural grounds.

Respecting the Open Meetings law is hardly procedural.

How does this impotent attempt to influence the judicial branch count as optimism? It's nonsensical.

If the Supreme Court rejects the bill tomorrow, is the legislature promising not to use the extraordinary session to place limits on collective bargaining?

The WI supreme court-the right wingers on it-got walker's message. and they delivered for him.
