Walker Self-Serving LOL Shutdown Message

He's been crying for more than a year that there's too much uncertainty in Wisconsin to get the economy on track, he's failing in job creation and he's just thrown 92,000 state residents off their health insurance plan to further gum up ObamaCare here, but now his prescription for the Federal Government is to run it more like Wisconsin.
