/sigh
If a private boater on Lake Michigan dumps a gallon of waste water into the lake, DNR S.W.A.T. teams descend seizing the boat and fining the offender into financial ruin.
Public entity MMSD dumps 1.2 billion gallons in a year and you James, call it near 'perfection' and want to throw them a parade.
Of course a double standard, ie the real "2 America's" your John Edwards blathered on about, where the public sector sets rules they themselves do not have to follow is something we all should be used to by now.
