Is the government also going to pay the $1,500 for my home charging station? Of course they will - look for a tax credit coming soon. Now if we can just get them to pay my electric bill we will be all set.

Realizing I come across as being anti-electric car, in fact I am not.

Am just cynical about them since I have been waiting for a realistically functional and effective one to be brought to market since the "oil crisis" of 1973.

37 years later and we are almost kinda there, but there is still a long way to go.

They are far from cost effective and their overall environmental impact is still open to debate imho.; February 16, 2010 at 2:30 PM
