Flooding, rains expand the Milwaukee River
The Milwaukee River raging through Shorewood's Estabrook Park last summer when heavy rains repeatedly flooded parts of Wisconsin. The state needs to better match education, hiring, and infrastructure planning and spending with known climate science that was systematically ignored by the defeated GOP Gov. Scott Walker.
