The Freedom from Native American businesses transferring money to urban streetcar systems in their cities without prior permission from the suburbs, and fossil fuel and road-building lobbies. Also - - no roundabouts act.

Actually the title of bill will specifically name Milwaukee and Madison as places that can't have streetcars. Thanks for the chuckle.
