Treaty Rights Activists Running Clever Anti-Mine Campaign

There's nothing better in political communication than good video for a great cause.

Add a sense of humor and it's a winner

Case in point: Video of last weekend's peaceful protest against the proposed open-pit iron ore mine in the Bad River watershed.

It's keyed to the mine manager's assertion to a business group that ore 1,000 feet underground - - and not the watershed's farms, forests, trout streams, and especially the Ojibwe rice-growing fresh water beds  - - was the region's "Golden Goose."

Watch that goose get cooked, here.

Hat tip, Rebecca Kemble.
