The picture was printed in reverse--should have shown Walker running away from the Prez.
After retching in a ditch from Presidentially-induced flu, Walker then lurches back onto the widened highway and into the path of an oncoming semi-trailer with the words John Doe emblazoned on its side.
Splat!
