Heavy Voting, New Registrants, Give Lie To "Enthusiasm Gap" Narrative

In the center of the city - - at the Milwaukee Central Library downtown  - - there have been consistently long lines both to register and to vote, and many of the voters registering are young people wearing MU gear.

I am hearing that there is a similar robust turnout in a Riverwest precinct.

Some voters may be changing addresses, but either way, they are willing to wait in a line, so I am encouraged.
