Iowa, Minnesota Outpacing Wisconsin In Conservation Efforts
The Journal Sentinel's outdoors writer has a nice wrap-up about the publicly-funded (read: tax support) conservation efforts newly-launched in Iowa and Minnesota, and notes the absence of similar programs in Wisconsin.
