If Waukesha Mayoral Race Includes An Ex-Reporter...

Darryl Enriquez used to cover Waukesha Mayor Larry Nelson for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, but now, after an employee buyout and the end of his newspapering career with the paper is running against the Mayor.

Records show that Nelson and Enriquez are running 1-2 respectively in fund-raising, reports the Journal Sentinel.

I wonder what Darryl knows about the Mayor and the city that never made it out of his notebook?

Could make for an interesting campaign if Enriquez survives the primary; I assume incumbent Nelson, a popular former teacher, will ease with at least 40-45% into the number-one spot among all six current candidates.
