Walker Can't Budget, But The Tweeting Continues
More furloughs - - this is September 1, mind you - - ordered to keep the County budget in 'balance.'
The evidence is piling up that Walker is barely in charge of County affairs these days.
After all, there is a campaign for Governor to conduct.
His typical pattern is to say, via Twitter, that he is in the Courthouse early for meetings - - then its off to the races elsewhere looking for votes.
