People in Waukesha County and elsewhere will howl, but this is America, and its time that Wisconsin exorcise the demons of segregation.

yeah, and maybe they'll even wise up and do it before getting hit with the millions of dollars in penalties and attorneys' fees that the NY suburbs are paying. (on top of the millions that the suburbs will pay to build affordable housing).
