It's A Sad Day When A Sitting Justice Gets A "Pants-on-Fire" Truthiness Rating

David Prosser has earned a Pants-on-Fire rating from PolitiFact.
Ye-ouch! Remember, this is a sitting State of Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice we're talking about.
Was he misinformed, or was he misinforming?

I think this is how the Politifact people have to handle it - they are limited in their responses to certain types of behaviors, because for Politifact to be REALLY honest would reflect on their own "professionalism".
There is no Politifact rating of "Snotty Bitch" which is what Prosser is. It's true that Abrahamson is not the warm fuzzy type (I met her years ago and she was pretty well...remote, but you know, she's a Judge not a Brownie leader, so big damn deal) but the total bitch here is totally Prosser. Flaming Bitch too, to borrow the Politifact imagery.
He needs to chill with Sumi's leftist organic leftist friends and get into that leftist Diverse Lifestyle she leftist-ly enjoys, because Prosser's girdle is waaay too tight. It makes him really cranky.
Which btw is why he thinks he'd be a "compliment" to Walker - Walker and Fitz are Snotty Biz-atches Visible From Space.
The bloggers arguing that Prosser's "bitch" remark is sexist, are wrong. Our Governor and his boys are the bitchiest PMSing-est skanks anywhere. Y-chromosome or not. whew! srsly, Get some Midol, boys. They handle their fights like girls in the 8th grade bathroom.

and what I meant was - I actually do NOT think Prosser literally meant she only knows how to prosecute boat docks. I took that as snottiness and sarcasm and "rhetorical flourish" or whatever he said. I actually think that's obvious and it seems a LITTLE lame that the JS (or other spin-puppies) treats it as if Prosser was 100% serious. I say not. He was painting a picture, getting the gist across, being colloquial or talking like a "regular person" or some crap.
But sooo snotty and un-called for tacky. Hooo boy. Not cool behavior in an experienced Judge, and the experience itself makes it more heinous. He's no greenhorn, if he hasn't learned decorum by now, he never will, so he's not fit for the Robes. But Politifact looks a bit noobish at times when it is forced by its own rigidity to rate only the "factualness" of items. So in this case, they are whittling that square peg to fit it into their round hole.
Prosser was NOT being literal, you'd have to be dumb to think that. Never the less, I'm sure it seemed shocking etc and was -to quote Mick Jagger- a real Turd in the Punchbowl.
Hey now THAT would be a nice Politifact category too.
