Tosa Taxpayers----This WILL raise your taxes! The School District has made this clear. If this tif is approved, Wauwatosa taxpayers will be loaning the Real Estte LLC the money for a development project that has NO money for any University building, paying the first land payment ($5 mil) to the County, and loaning the $2.5 mil co-pay for the Federal Grant! Call your Alderman!!!
