People want to say diversity is strength. They want accept other cultures. This area used to be all European descendants. The problem is that once this culture moves into an area they overwhelm it and the area has an extreme decline in property value and increase in crime. It slowly goes from mixed neighborhood to 95% Latino. Spanish becomes the dominant language. There is no diversity that remains. I just don't understand how this occurs. Do whites just not want to live with people of color?
