"A little fill here and there may seem to be nothing to become excited about. Our navigable waters are a precious natural heritage, once gone, they disappear forever," wrote the Wisconsin Supreme Court in its 1960 opinion resolving Hixon v. PSC and buttressing The Public Trust Doctrine, Article IX of the Wisconsin State Constitution.

Don't count your chickens until they are hatched.
You first need to see how much of the $50 billion gifted to GM is offset.
It doesn't matter, if they net only $5 from the IPO it will be declared a 'victory' by the LSM and clowns like Rowen.
Just as important as it is for Leftwing/Daily KOS/Dem Regular/Suck up Media to cast all of Obama's failures as successes.
